The annual motorcycle rally from the Twin Cities to Winona benefits a St. Paul children's hospital.
RED WING to WINONA — The Minnesota State Patrol is asking motorists and riders to exercise caution Saturday along the Mississippi and St. Croix rivers as thousands of motorcyclists will rumble down the road — on both sides of the rivers — during the 2021 Spring Flood Run.
The 56th annual charity ride is an event supporting Gillette Children's Specialty Healthcare in St. Paul, and typically attracts thousands of riders on routes between the Twin Cities and Winona, including U.S. Highway 61 on the Minnesota side and Wisconsin Highway 35 on the east side of the river.
