The Dare County Motorsports Charity Group has announced an updated schedule for this week's Outer Banks Bike Rally events at Vertigo Tattoo in Manns Harbor.
One change is that due to circumstances beyond their control, stunt performer Rhett Rotten and the Wall of Death will not be able to appear at the rally.
