PennDOT is resuming its Pennsylvania Motorcycle Safety Program to provide safety courses to waive requirements for riders to take a skills test at a license center.

Classes were put on hold in March due to the coronavirus pandemic. They are restarting with mitigation measures in place.

American Motorcycle Training Inc., P&P Enterprises Inc./DBA Appalachian Cycles, Shaeffer's Harley-Davidson, and Total Control Training Inc. are the first vendors t0 provide motorcycle safety training sessions.

Classes are free of charge to Pennsylvania motorcycle permit and license holders.
